2023 Tournament Entry Form

Our 9 & 10 year old tourney’s will be played on a 46’/60’ field and the 11 & 12’s will be on a 50’/70’ field. All tournaments will be the first 6 teams that send in their fee with consideration for more teams. Each team is guaranteed at least three games, weather permitting. Champions will get team trophy and individual trophies as well as the runner up.

Cost for registering is $600.00 per age group and there will be no reciprocity of fees. Upper Merion Baseball Assoc. will in turn submit all appropriate fees for any tournament in which we choose to compete.

Teams will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. A photocopy of proof of insurance (COI) must accompany the registration fee. Failure to submit the fee and insurance certificate could result in your team being left out of the competition.
